Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights. You will work remotely to ensure seamless integration and analysis of data from multiple sources, helping the organization to make data-driven decisions. This role requires a strong technical foundation in BI tools, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize BI systems to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity and security within BI solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of BI tools and reports.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and new BI technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or similar role in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and data architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with business teams and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud-based BI platforms and technologies is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a BI Developer role or related positions.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting structures.
• Prior experience in designing and implementing BI solutions in a remote work environment is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time remote position.
• Flexible working hours, with a focus on delivering quality work within deadlines.
• Occasional collaboration with teams in different time zones may be required.
