Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer Fresher to join our team at HR Service Jobs. As a Civil Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and plans.
• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Ensure all civil works are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Participate in meetings and project updates, offering suggestions and solutions to improve project outcomes.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong academic background with a good understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of civil engineering.

Experience:

• No prior experience is required; however, internship experience in civil engineering or related fields will be a plus.
• Freshers with a strong academic record and an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexibility for project site visits and on-call work may be required.
