Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Tele Caller for our Telugu Voice Process to join our dynamic team at HR Service Jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall business growth. This is a customer-centric role, requiring effective communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic approach to customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve set targets and KPIs related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and conversions.
- Update customer information in the database after each interaction.
- Follow up on leads and escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Telugu (both spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls effectively.
- Customer service or tele-calling experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a voice-based process or customer support is a bonus.
- Prior knowledge of working in a Telugu-speaking environment is highly advantageous.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with fixed working hours.
- The working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and telecalling etiquette.
- Ability to handle objections and manage conversations to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of calls, follow-ups, and updates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
