Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Assistance Specialist to provide top-notch administrative and operational support during night hours. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client queries and requests via email, chat, or phone during the night shift.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with daytime teams to ensure task continuity and effective handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and tasks for reporting purposes.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and client service protocols.
- Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and provide suggestions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote assistance, customer service, or administrative roles.

Working Hours
- Full-time or part-time options available.
- Night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (adjustable based on location).
