Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment during night shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting customer satisfaction or operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in order management systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
