Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment during night shifts. Key Responsibilities

- Generate and analyze reports to track order performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and delivery timelines promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting customer satisfaction or operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in order management systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
