Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment. As an HR Associate, you will collaborate with various departments, manage employee records, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage employee performance appraisal cycles and track key HR metrics.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and maintaining training records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated on industry standards.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related field.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration is highly preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible working hours available).
- Remote and hybrid work options available based on business needs.
