Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the team at French Loaf, Chennai, as Counter Sales staff. This is a part-time, evening shift role ideal for candidates seeking a flexible work schedule. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while promoting and selling a variety of delicious bakery products. You will be the face of French Loaf, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service by helping them select bakery items.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are fresh and properly displayed.
• Provide product recommendations and highlight promotions to increase sales.
• Answer customer inquiries about ingredients, product offerings, and specials.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, especially in food handling and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in closing duties, including cleaning and securing the store.
