Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Process Improvement Consultant to join our team remotely. This role focuses on analyzing, streamlining, and optimizing IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Based in Delhi, this position allows you to collaborate with a diverse team and make a tangible impact by driving innovation and improvements in IT systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing IT processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized workflows.
- Design and document process maps, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and provide continuous optimization support.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within IT operations.
- Provide training and support to employees on newly implemented processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, IT consulting, or project management roles.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycles, and process frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT process improvement or a related role.
- Hands-on experience in implementing ITIL or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with an emphasis on meeting project deadlines.
- Must be available for periodic virtual meetings during IST business hours.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of IT process frameworks such as ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and project management platforms like Jira or Trello.
- Strategic thinking combined with a practical approach to process improvements.
