Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack online grocery orders with attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of items selected.
• Ensure product quality by inspecting items for freshness, correct sizes, and product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Walmarts safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of inventory, ensuring products are properly stored.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide outstanding service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in inventory control, including stock rotation, restocking, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and procedures related to online grocery services.
• Perform other duties as required by management to support the team and store operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online grocery ordering systems.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• A team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or grocery handling is preferred but not required.
• Experience in online grocery fulfillment or related roles is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours including part-time and full-time shifts.
• May include weekends, evenings, and holiday hours based on store needs.
