Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Proficiency in using remote desktop applications, troubleshooting tools, and CRM software.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or related roles (preferred).

Working Hours
