Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as International BPO Executives. This remote position involves handling international customer interactions, managing queries, and providing world-class customer support. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience dealing with international clients will be an advantage.
Working Hours
