Job Summary:

Cigna is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a background in healthcare or insurance being an advantage.

Working Hours:
