Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Provide guidance and support on company policies, HR best practices, and labor law compliance.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage and resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related processes.
• Support talent development initiatives by helping managers identify training needs and facilitating employee development programs.
• Work closely with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation of HR-related issues and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to drive key HR initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and advising.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficient in HR software and tools, including HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources advisory or generalist role.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully advising and supporting employees and managers in HR matters.
• Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home setting is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
• You will be required to be available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability for urgent matters.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with HR systems and tools to track employee data and performance metrics.
