Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and teams, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing tasks.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain executives calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing time effectively to prioritize tasks.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and external partners, ensuring timely responses and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Data Management: Handle sensitive data, files, and documentation in a secure and organized manner, ensuring accuracy and timely retrieval.
- Task Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring efficient execution of administrative functions.
- Travel Coordination: Book travel arrangements and accommodations, including flights, hotel stays, and transportation, when necessary.
- Customer Service Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, handling queries, and ensuring satisfaction in a professional manner.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items during meetings to ensure follow-up and completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Roles: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Standard working hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on business needs).
