Job Summary:
Cigna is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information on our products and services, and resolve any concerns with a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed established performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with computers and customer service software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong listening skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance and benefits (preferred, but not required).
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or insurance is an advantage but not required.
- Prior experience handling customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) is a plus.
- Remote work experience is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time availability.

- Shifts will vary, and some evening and weekend availability may be required.
