Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product visibility, distribution, and market share within assigned regions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular visits to key retail accounts to ensure products are well-stocked, properly merchandised, and meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance, and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of exceeding targets (1-3 years of experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing business challenges.
  • Flexibility to travel within assigned region as required.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience working in the food or beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, with standard working hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for key events or customer meetings.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and remote work options available based on the territory and role requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of Frito-Lay products and the snack food industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
