Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of industrial equipment including conveyors, motors, electrical systems, and automation controls.
• Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and meets production and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including completed work orders and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and production staff, to improve equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
• Participate in equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and perform corrective actions promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or associates degree preferred).
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair control systems, including PLCs and motor controls.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industrial safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field, preferably in food manufacturing or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience with the maintenance of automated systems and complex machinery.
• Experience with electrical wiring, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with shifts that may vary depending on the production schedule. Flexibility in working hours is required, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.

• In-depth knowledge of industrial maintenance techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in the use of maintenance tools, diagnostics, and software.
