Job Summary

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff to maximize sales potential.
- Implement promotional materials and displays in stores, following merchandising strategies to boost product visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring the stores needs are met efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure products are rotated appropriately to maintain freshness.
- Report any product issues, shortages, or merchandising concerns to the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if required for travel).
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
Experience
- While no prior experience is required, candidates with experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service will have an advantage.
- Training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to perform the job responsibilities effectively.
Working Hours
