Job Summary
Frito-Lay is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Merchandisers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory checks and ensure products are rotated appropriately to maintain freshness.
• Report any product issues, shortages, or merchandising concerns to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if required for travel).
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.

Experience
