Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure consistent performance and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished packaged products for compliance with Frito-Lay quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily packaging goals and deadlines.
• Manage inventory of packaging materials and ensure availability for uninterrupted operations.
• Implement safety and hygiene standards in the packaging area to maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, packaging outputs, and equipment performance.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize packaging operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical training or certifications in machinery operation is a plus.
• Prior experience in a packaging, production, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as required during operations.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in packaging or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated packaging equipment is advantageous.

Working Hours

• Full-time positions with flexible shift availability (day, evening, and overnight shifts).
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods.
