Job Summary

Frito-Lay is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our delicious snacks reach retail locations promptly and safely. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Frito-Lay products to retail stores and other designated locations on an assigned route.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload products from the truck, ensuring accuracy and quality checks.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and personnel through outstanding customer service.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and route completion.
• Assist in warehouse or inventory tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) or the ability to obtain one.
• Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations.
• Strong understanding of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills to handle invoicing and delivery records.

Experience

• Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time and part-time positions to suit varying schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of safe driving practices and state regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with handheld delivery devices or GPS systems is advantageous.
