Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Stowing: Unload shipments and properly stow products in designated areas.
• Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and package them for shipment.
• Scanning & Sorting: Use handheld scanners to track inventory and sort packages based on delivery routes.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure workstations and the warehouse remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8–10 hours daily.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills to follow instructions and handle inventory.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions (temperature changes, loud noises).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Full-time roles: 40 hours per week.
• Part-time roles: Flexible hours based on availability.
