Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice and assistance to customers.
• Maintain store presentation, including organizing and stocking shelves, ensuring products are well displayed.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and order processing.
• Operate and maintain various store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Process transactions at the checkout and handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in home improvement, retail, or hardware sectors will be considered an advantage.
• No formal qualifications are required; however, an interest in home improvement or DIY is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible working hours.
• Shift patterns may include weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
