Position: Statistical Operations Coordinator – Logistics Company

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations / Hybrid / Remote (per company policy)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years in Data Analysis, Operations, or Logistics Analytics

Salary Range: $68,000–$85,000 per year + Benefits + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational performance metrics, shipment data, and delivery timelines to identify areas for improvement
• Develop statistical models to forecast demand, optimize routing, and reduce delivery costs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for management and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with warehouse, fleet, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Conduct root cause analysis for delays, bottlenecks, and service issues
• Support the implementation of process improvements using data-driven recommendations
• Maintain data integrity through validation, cleaning, and standardized reporting procedures

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field
• Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Python, SAS) and strong Excel skills
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
• Understanding of logistics KPIs, supply chain processes, and operational efficiency metrics
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
