As an Application Development Associate, you will help design, build, test, assemble, and maintain system applications aligned to business objectives, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy applications based on technical and functional requirements
- Support project teams in building software solutions using coding, testing, and debugging
- Participate in system integration, configuration, and performance tuning
- Work across multiple platforms and programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
- Maintain documentation and adhere to internal processes and standards
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
- Knowledge of databases, algorithms, and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/IT) from a recognized institution
- Graduation Year: Typically 2023, 2024 pass-outs (or as specified by Accenture’s current hiring campaign)
- No active backlogs at the time of application
- Good academic performance with a minimum aggregate as per Accenture’s recruitment policy
