Job Description

Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field from a university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
English: Business level (writing, speaking, reading)
Design Proficiency: Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, and palate development
Technical Ability: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and current design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
User-Centered Thinking: Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
Creativity & Innovation: Continuously seeking to design delightful user experiences and visual interfaces
Communication: Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and understand feedback

This position is responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces, creating overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, and ensuring that all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
Create visually engaging, innovative, and functional mobile and web designs
Conceive and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion
Work with developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into final deliverables
UX Design
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Evaluate existing applications and evaluate their user experience effectiveness
Visual Design
Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
Ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and functions successfully for varying technical and performance specifications
Design and deliver elements that optimize user interaction and experience
Client Collaboration
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
