Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online classes through platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or the company's LMS
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual or group needs
- Clarify concepts, solve doubts, and assign/assess homework or practice exercises
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents or coordinators
- Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and manage session timings effectively
- Use digital tools, whiteboards, and learning resources to enhance the learning experience
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the subject(s) you intend to teach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or the relevant teaching language
- Basic tech knowledge – ability to use online teaching tools and digital whiteboards
- Personal laptop/PC with webcam, headset, and reliable internet connection
- Passion for teaching and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (B.Ed. a plus but not mandatory)
