Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Enrollment & Licensing Support


Location: Remote (U.S. Based – All States Welcome)


Job Type: Full-Time / Contract / Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: $18 – $24/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:


We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support healthcare professional enrollment and licensing processes across the U.S. This is a great opportunity to work in the healthcare back-office space assisting nurses, physicians, and allied health workers with their documentation, application tracking, and state license support.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats related to healthcare provider enrollment and licensing status

  • Assist applicants in completing state board or credentialing paperwork

  • Review submitted forms for completeness and escalate missing information

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and applicant tracking systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams and licensing authorities as needed

  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and patient-centered customer experience




Eligibility & Requirements:



  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience:



    • 1+ year of customer service, call center, or healthcare admin experience preferred

    • Prior experience with provider credentialing or state licensure is a plus



  • Skills:



    • Strong communication (verbal & written)

    • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple records

    • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms



  • Equipment: Must have a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection




Work Hours:



  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)

  • Standard 8-hour shifts (between 8 AM – 6 PM, depending on time zone)

  • Some flexibility available for part-time roles
