Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor
Organization: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) – via Authorized Project Contractor
Location: Delhi NCR (Construction Sites, Tunnels, Depots, Stations)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Contractual (with long-term potential)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000/month (Based on qualification & experience)
Experience Level: 0–3 years (Freshers with site training also eligible)
Job Overview:
DMRC construction projects are seeking Civil Site Supervisors to support daily site execution, labor management, and structural inspection activities. This role is ideal for Diploma and B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates looking for hands-on fieldwork with India's leading metro infrastructure project.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years) or
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- Experience:
- Freshers and up to 3 years of site experience preferred
- Age Limit: 18–32 years
- Skills Required:
- Understanding of civil drawings, BBS, quality checks, and safety norms
- Ability to manage labor teams, site materials, and daily reporting
- Knowledge of Metro Rail/Urban Infrastructure/Bridge/Tunnel works is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil and structural activities at DMRC construction sites
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and senior engineers on daily progress
- Ensure site safety compliance and follow DMRC protocols
- Monitor usage of materials, equipment, and manpower deployment
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and inspection logs
- Assist in survey checks, leveling, shuttering, and concreting works
Work Schedule:
- Full-time on-site role, 6 days a week
- Rotational shifts may apply depending on project phase
- Postings in central and peripheral zones of Delhi NCR
