We are seeking motivated and results-driven Commissioned Sales Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching solutions, and closing deals — all while working from the comfort of your home. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, ideal for self-starters with strong sales instincts and entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients via email, phone, or social media
- Present product/service offerings in a persuasive and tailored manner
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (1+ years preferred; freshers with confidence and communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-discipline and time management in a remote setup
- Proficiency with online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM, etc.)
- Resilience and drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Own laptop/PC and stable internet connection
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based
- Earn up to ₹50,000–₹1,50,000+ per month (based on performance)
