Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and multilingual Telecalling Interns fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi to assist with outbound and inbound calling tasks. This is a remote internship ideal for students, freshers, or anyone looking to gain experience in communication, sales, or customer service while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients
Explain product or service offerings in a clear and polite manner
Handle basic inquiries and forward leads to the sales team
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
Follow up with interested leads as per script and schedule
Ensure a courteous and professional tone in all conversations

Qualifications

Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi
Good verbal communication and listening skills
Basic computer or smartphone knowledge
A stable internet connection and quiet calling environment
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively
Prior telecalling or BPO experience is a plus, but not required
