Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Excellent written English communication skills
Fast typing speed with good grammar and clarity
Prior experience in chat or non-voice BPO preferred (not mandatory)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop
