Job Overview

We are offering a hands-on Mechanical Apprenticeship Program focused on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine training. This opportunity is perfect for students, recent graduates, or entry-level mechanical professionals looking to develop practical skills in precision machining, manufacturing processes, and modern industrial technology.

Under the guidance of experienced engineers and machine operators, you’ll gain real-world exposure to CNC equipment, CAD/CAM programming, and workshop safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines
• Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC codes (G/M codes)
• Support the team in tooling setup, quality checks, and part inspections
• Participate in structured training on CNC programming and machine operation
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and equipment records
• Follow all safety standards and company guidelines during training sessions

Qualifications and Requirements

• ITI, Diploma, or pursuing/completed B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering
• Strong interest in CNC machining and manufacturing technology
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools, measurements, and workshop math
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team environment
• Physically fit to work in an industrial setting
• No prior experience required – training and certification provided
