We are hiring Onboard Retail Sales Associates for top international cruise lines, with special consideration for South African youth ready to represent global brands at sea.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work in luxury onboard boutiques, selling high-end products like jewelry, cosmetics, watches, clothing, and souvenirs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a high level of customer service
• Sell luxury and duty-free products in shops onboard
• Operate POS systems and handle cash or card transactions accurately
• Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and product organization
• Stay informed about promotions, product features, and brand training
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Represent the cruise brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications and Requirements

• South African citizenship (passport required)
• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric); retail or hospitality certificate is a plus
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Confidence in speaking with international guests and promoting products
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and excellent grooming standards
• Physically fit and able to work long hours, 6–7 days per week
• Must pass a cruise medical exam, background check, and visa process
• Willing to live and work at sea for several months
