Job Title: Online Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)

Experience Level: Fresher to 3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (basic + commission)

Job Overview We are looking for motivated female sales executives to join our remote sales team. This role involves engaging with customers online, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals during daytime hours. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through online platforms and social media
Contact potential customers via calls, emails, or chat
Present and promote products or services effectively
Handle customer queries and provide product information
Negotiate and close sales to meet targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

Female candidates only, comfortable working remotely
Minimum 12th pass or graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Basic computer and internet skills
Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
Own smartphone/laptop and reliable internet connection
