Job Title: AR Caller – Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable

Location: On-Site or Remote (Depending on Employer)

Job Type: Full-Time / Night Shift / US Healthcare Process

Experience Level: Entry-Level to Experienced

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented AR Callers to join our medical billing team. As an Accounts Receivable Caller, you will be responsible for following up on insurance claims with payers in the U.S. healthcare system to ensure timely collections and proper resolution of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims


• Review and analyze denied or unpaid claims and take appropriate follow-up actions


• Document account activity clearly and accurately in billing software


• Understand insurance terms, processes, and denial codes


• Work in coordination with billing teams to maximize collections


• Meet productivity and quality targets set by the team lead or manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (commerce or healthcare-related preferred)


• 0–2 years of experience in AR Calling or medical billing (freshers with good communication can apply)


• Excellent spoken English and communication skills


• Willing to work night shifts (to match U.S. business hours)


• Basic knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) is a plus


• Familiarity with denial management, CPT, ICD codes is desirable
