Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Including Incentives)

About the Role:

We are hiring Retail Customer Service & Sales Representatives to assist customers, manage sales, and provide excellent service. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start a career in retail and sales with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store with product inquiries & purchases.


• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS system operations.


• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product displays.


• Help customers with returns, exchanges, and service inquiries.


• Work as a team to achieve sales targets & customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – Training provided.


• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends & holidays.


• Basic computer knowledge for billing & inventory management.
