Remote Travel Research & Itinerary Planner – Flexible Job
Qualifications
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, with no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
High school diploma or GED required; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in travel planning, research, or customer service preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create well-structured, personalized travel itineraries.
Excellent research skills with the ability to find unique destinations, accommodations, and activities.
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, mapping tools, and itinerary management software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for helping others experience seamless travel.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, based on Client needs.
Responsibilities
Above all, Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Client.
Conduct in-depth research on travel destinations, accommodations, activities, dining options, and transportation.
Create customized travel itineraries based on Clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
Provide expert recommendations on must-see attractions, hidden gems, and cultural experiences.
Stay updated on travel restrictions, visa requirements, safety advisories, and local customs to ensure accurate planning.
Communicate with Clients to understand their travel expectations and provide tailored recommendations.
Work closely with travel agents, hotels, and tour operators to secure bookings and exclusive offers.
Assist Clients with travel-related concerns, such as packing tips, weather conditions, and local etiquette.
Maintain organized records of itineraries, bookings, and Client preferences for future reference.
Identify trends in travel and recommend new experiences or destinations to enhance Client satisfaction.
May perform other job duties as directed by Leaders.
