We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center / Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers—assisting with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience over phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet daily call and performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
