We are urgently hiring Ward Assistants / Hospital Support Staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in hospital wards, ensuring patient comfort, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations under the supervision of nursing and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wards and patient areas.
• Support nurses and doctors in non-clinical duties as required.
• Handle patient transfers within the hospital premises.
• Manage linens, medical supplies, and basic ward logistics.
• Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; healthcare support training is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving standing and lifting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in hospitals or clinics preferred but not mandatory.
