We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our growing retail team in the apparel and grocery sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, inventory, and merchandising.
• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
• Manage product display, stock levels, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Retail Management, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel, grocery, or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
