Loan Recovery Field Executive – In-Person Collections Role

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Loan Recovery Field Executive to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person visits to customers for loan repayment collections, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments.

This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication, integrity, and persistence in achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in person to recover outstanding loan amounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of collection visits, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with internal recovery and legal teams for escalated cases.
• Submit daily reports and updates to the regional collection manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in loan recovery, field collections, or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Target-driven and disciplined with a professional approach.
