Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot plant operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support research and development (R&D) teams in process improvements and new product development.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and technical reporting.
- Work with senior engineers and plant supervisors to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (OSHA, EPA, ISO).
- Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.
- Familiarity with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, ChemCAD, MATLAB) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in an on-site industrial/manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or project experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or R&D.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization techniques.
- Experience with laboratory testing, material handling, or quality assurance.
