Job Summary:

• Stay up-to-date with YouTubes evolving policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of YouTubes platform, community guidelines, and the ability to stay updated with policy changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain impartial and unbiased when moderating content.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Experience:

Working Hours:

• Flexible work-from-home position with shift-based hours (including weekends and evenings).
• Hours will vary depending on workload, but expect 20–40 hours per week.
