Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong command of the English language to communicate effectively with non-German-speaking colleagues and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and CRM systems.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries in both German and English.

Working Hours
