Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and correct discrepancies in data by cross-referencing information from multiple sources.
  • Assist in generating reports based on data inputs as requested by other teams or management.

  • Support team members with data-related tasks and administrative duties as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to clarify data-related queries and ensure consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with data management software and databases is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
  • Experience working remotely or in a flexible, part-time role is a plus.
  • Previous experience with data management systems or CRM tools will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position with flexible working hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
  • Work from home (WFH) with the option to set your own schedule within the guidelines provided by the team.
  • Availability during core hours for team collaboration and communication (specific times will be discussed during the interview process).
