Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Versand-/Lagermitarbeiter (Shipping/Warehouse Associate) in Stuttgart. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring efficient shipping, handling, and stock management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship products for customer orders.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed and stored correctly.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools (training provided).
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Follow strict safety procedures and guidelines in all aspects of warehouse operations.
  • Work with the team to ensure orders are completed on time and meet Amazons high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with unloading and sorting incoming shipments.
  • Ensure all shipments are securely packed and labelled for transit.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Provide support in any other warehouse duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different areas of the warehouse, based on operational needs.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 23kg (50lbs) in weight.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage but not required.
  • German language proficiency (basic communication level required).

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in handling and shipping goods, operating warehouse machinery, or inventory management is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including day shifts.
  • The role may require occasional weekend or holiday shifts, depending on operational needs.
  • A typical working week will be 35-40 hours, with the possibility of overtime during peak periods.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a high volume of orders.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet daily targets.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.
