Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound stock and materials, unpacking and sorting items based on company guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and shift supervisors to streamline workflows and meet nightly quotas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols to contribute to a safe working environment for everyone.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility with night shift hours and overtime when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required; Amazon provides training for new team members.
• Experience with warehouse machinery and tools (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is advantageous.
