Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, drivers (Dashers), and merchants. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer support inquiries via chat, email, or phone, addressing issues related to deliveries, orders, payments, and technical difficulties.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer complaints and technical issues promptly, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Escalate issues when necessary to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of DoorDashs services, policies, and systems to provide accurate and effective support to customers, drivers, and merchants.
- Documentation: Log and document customer interactions, ensuring clear and concise records are maintained for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Marketing, to improve service delivery, troubleshoot recurring issues, and suggest enhancements to the customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and provide feedback on operational inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and contribute to the development of training resources or knowledge base articles.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree is a plus, but not required).
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience in a high-volume environment, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or food delivery services.
- Technical Experience: Experience working with customer support software or CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Working Hours:
This is a remote, full-time position. Working hours will vary based on the business needs, with shifts available across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is important, as you may be required to work outside traditional office hours depending on customer demand.
