Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our systems, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Verification: Review data for discrepancies or errors and perform necessary corrections or escalate issues as needed.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating reports from databases for management review, ensuring the timely delivery of required data for operational analysis.
  • Database Maintenance: Perform regular updates and clean-up tasks in the system to ensure that the data remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support Functions: Assist other teams with data-related queries and provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Compliance: Ensure data management complies with company policies, privacy standards, and data protection regulations.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, including processing and organizing digital records, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to team initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data and correct them.
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database management systems (such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote capacity preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in finance, customer service, or a corporate environment is a plus.
  • Exposure to data-related software or CRM systems is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Flexible working hours with core availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data for accuracy and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in navigating data management systems, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
