Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product issues through phone, chat, or email, maintaining a calm and positive attitude at all times.
- Resolve Complex Problems: Use diagnostic tools and resources to help customers troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Apple products, software updates, and troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document all interactions with customers in Apples systems accurately, ensuring proper case management.
- Upsell Services and Products: Recommend additional Apple products, services, or support options to customers based on their needs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with fellow team members to share insights, problem-solving strategies, and support resources to improve the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and simple way.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Apple products and other digital tools. Familiarity with iOS, macOS, and Apples ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while keeping an organized and accurate record of customer interactions.

Experience:
- Previous Tech Support Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably with a focus on technology products or services.
- Experience with Apple Products: A solid understanding of Apple devices, operating systems, and software applications.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role where communication and problem-solving skills were essential.
Working Hours:
